Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight may take an additional 1–2 working days.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to track your parcel in real time through our courier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
