Refund Policy

1. Our Returns Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Strend Trader. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Be in its original, unused condition
• Be in the original packaging where possible
• Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Opened cosmetics, skincare or personal care products
• Underwear or swimwear
• Perishable goods
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

• Email returns@strendtrader.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
• We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid returns label
• Pack the item securely and drop it at any Royal Mail post office

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@strendtrader.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

7. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where available. Please contact us to check stock before returning.
